Electronic Poster (E-Poster) Category – Submission guidelines and rules:
Format:
Use of the provided download templates is mandatory. They feature the event’s standard background and are pre-configured to the dimensions required for the display equipment.
The file must be created in PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) or similar software as a single slide and saved in PPT, PPTX, or PDF format;
The presentation is limited to a maximum of one page (1 slide);
Page size settings: 15.752 cm x 28.002 cm (width x height); portrait orientation;
Header:
• Place the Poster code (the “ID” field provided by the congress organizers) before the title;
• Fill in the designated fields with the category (Undergraduate Research, Young Researcher, or Researcher), the technical area of the study, and any supporting organizations/sponsors/funding bodies (if applicable).
• The e-poster title must be identical to the abstract title. List the authors’ names and their respective institutions below the title. Separate multiple authors with semicolons.
To avoid text being cut off, please adhere to the side margins specified in the template.
DEADLINES:
E-poster submission deadline: September 15, 2026
E-posters must be submitted electronically only; physical prints of the posters are not required for the presentation.
